The most inauspicious location of the month. This October sees the Central Palace , already marred year-long by the Sickness star #2 Black, clash with the Arguments star #3 Jade. This means that arguments and tempestuous emotions this month can possibly lead to physical injury.

Try to avoid this location altogether for the month of October. If this is not a feasible option for you, try not to conduct daily activities in the Central area of your home.

The auspicious Wealth star #8 White has flown in the North Palace , but its positive effects will be rendered moot since the North is the annual residing grounds of the Robbery star #7 Red.

You may still tap into this location for good Feng Shui by first weakening the Robbery star #7 Red. I would recommend the pi yao , which is popular for Protective Feng Shui. Choose pi yaos made of crystal, since this can also effectively break up and disperse negative Qi from a premises.

The most auspicious location of the month! The Southwest Palace is a boon for anyone who wishes to generate a better income or just experience an all-round good Wealth luck cycle. Spend lots of your time in the Southwest this month, or better yet sleep in this location to enjoy the best Feng Shui!

The arrival of the Romance and Academic star #4 Green, considered one of the most positive stars in the Xuan Kong system, is marred by the annual star-in-residence, the #3 Jade star (also known as the Arguments star).

To tap into the auspicious #4 Green star, weaken the #3 Jade first with some Feng Shui cures – place a red lampshade or red carpet in this location. Then, you may place some Romance or Academic luck enhancers in this area. If you're keen for some good Love luck, place some Mandarin ducks in this location. If you're in the academic or education field, the pagoda (a good enhancer for intellectual pursuits) is a good choice.

The Accidents sector of the year, the Northeast, is visited by the auspicious Family Luck star #6 White this year. As usual, any good-natured star that visits the Northeast is immediately weakened by the Annual star #5 Yellow, leading to calamities, accidents and such.

Therefore, weaken the #5 Yellow with some metal cures. Recommended items this month are Feng Shui animals made of metals, since everyone in the house can benefit from these type of Feng Shui items, plus they're a great choice to enhance the Family luck in the Northeast this month!

The South Palace is visited by the Robbery star #7 Red this October. As you may know, this bad-boy star is one which can wreak plenty of havoc since it can cause theft, robberies, loss of precious belongings and even plagiarism for those in career fields!

Weakening the effects of the #7 Red is easy – just use water. Place an aquarium, water tank or your aquarium in the South location this month and you're all set.

If you have been tapping into the West Palace for Romance and Academic luck, be careful this October since the arrival of the #5 Yellow star, also known as the Accidents star, may cause negativities to both!

Again, what you need to do is decorate the West this October with metal cures, since the metal make will be able to weaken this malignant star’s Earth element. Choose Health-luck rich metal cures to safeguard your Romance and Academic potential!

The Southeast Palace, known as a positive location for the entire year, is visited by the Sickness star #2 Black this month. This malignant star is known for bringing ill Health luck – therefore, those of you who have been utilizing the Southeast Palace to guarantee joy and harmony in the household may suffer sicknesses as a result.

Decorate this location with Health-rich Feng Shui items to negate the effects of the #2 Black star.
