Yin and Yang applications
I'd like to understand better how we apply knowledge of yin and yang to fs.
All landforms have yin or yang affects (connections? responses? influences? I don't know!)
Each star is understood as yin or yang. So then is each direction. Each mountain is yin or yang.
In facing or mountain position, flying stars are further yang or yin
Visiting stars, I think, are yang.
Yin and yang may create balance. Yin and yang may activate. But we activate yang stars and tuck yin ones in bed for the night.
What do we do with all this? How is it applied?
Thanks, Robert --24 replies

"Bad" Feng Shui for Bath and Bed
Hello...I've read about putting full length mirror outside the bathroom door...if your bathroom is in the NE and if it has no ventilation. Another suggestion is to also paint the bathroom white with white bath accesories....both suggestions are for to disperse negative chi/sha chi.

I guess this metalling up the NE/Earth direction..is because metal creates earth and thus the idea is the direction/element would be strengthened?.

Has anyone tried these? Do you agree (if so why..if not why) with these Feng Shui suggestions? --3 replies

Wall Color
Need some advice for this one:

1) A strong Fire person sleeping in a bedroom with star combo 2m3w. Is it alright to paint his bedroom wall with yellow (making use of earth to drain the excessive fire in his four pillar)?

2) Is it true that walls should never be painted with earth color as it may enhance the unwanted stars 2 and 5?--18 replies
