Larry Sang explaining more Yin House Feng Shui theories Larry Sang far shot with background and translator on stage

The third day of the Conference started at 9 a.m. with a 3-hour speech by Master Larry Sang. Master Sang's topic on "Yin House Feng Shui" was well received by the participants, as this subject is not always discussed as a whole in general discussions. Master Sang presented a general introduction to this subject, as it would take a full course to really learn Yin House Feng Shui. It was clear that the audience was receptive to his speech, as you could occasionally hear the whole auditorium ringing with laughter as Master Sang cracked another joke. Indeed a lively and humorous speaker, Master Sang also gave some valuable tips to the audience regarding the topic of his speech.

After a short break, Shari De Nobrega presented her speech on 'Classical Feng Shui, Past to Present - A Practical Guide'. Ms. Shari is a student of the Yap Cheng Hai Feng Shui Center of Excellence, and also their representative for South Africa. The core subject of her speech was about how Classical Feng Shui can be successfully incorporated to modern architecture. During her speech, Ms. Shari provided a very good guideline for Feng Shui consultants to work together with architects and interior designers to enhance the synergy to create better co-operation and communication between the two. A most charismatic speaker, she had a very close rapport with the audience as they continued to ask her questions after her speech.

Master Raymond Lo's speech

Master Raymond Lo with his speech

At 2.30 p.m., Master Raymond Lo delivered his talk on the "Four Pillars of Destiny and Health". It was a most interesting talk as Master Lo shared with the audience on how the 'Four Pillars' can be used to access one's health condition. Using slides, he used many famous celebrities as case studies, for example Angelina Jolie, Michael J. Fox, the President of the U.S.A. George Bush and the infamous Osama Bin Laden. Needless to say, this went down well with the audience, as the best way you can learn something is through examples. Master Lo then discussed several cases where the applications of Four Pillars of Destiny can be used to view one's career, businesses and relationships.

Elizabeth Moran with her speechFollowing that was an hour's talk on "Science, Numbers, Qi and Feng Shui" by Elizabeth Moran. Ms. Moran is the co-author of the book "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Feng Shui". In her speech, she put Feng Shui in a broader perspective and tied in the concepts of science with Feng Shui. She explained the synchronicity and the understanding of a holistic reality. It was a very well researched speech - short to say, this lady knows what she was talking about.

Elizabeth Moran's speech Val Biktashev's speech

Val Biktashev with his speechVal Biktashev, Ms. Moran's co-author and husband the presented his talk on"Helping Classical Feng Shui Practitioners Build A Successful Business". An entertaining speaker with a unique sense of humor, Biktashev disclosed the business tactics of all the 5 Masters who graced the Conference, and I think that this is too good not to be shared with all of you :

  • Biktashev said, that to be like Grand Master Yap Cheng Hai who does not need to do anything yet get very rich, get a business manager like Joey Yap who is armed with a very good knowledge of Feng Shui and business skills.
  • Be like Master Larry Sang who knows how to enjoy life and have clients constantly looking for his expertise.
  • Be like Master Joseph Yu and set up a business through the Internet.
  • Be like Master Raymond Lo who is always smiling, hence demolishing that barrier that sets many people away.
  • And last but not least, be like Master Eva Wong, who is always mysterious and secretive; people are attracted to all this hush-hush.

Biktashev advised practitioners to model their practice after the 5 Masters if they want to receive good fees for their service. Needless to say, it was an hour of non-stop laughing and giggling from the audience, as Biktashev's special way of delivering his speech was very much so entertaining. At the end of it, the audience was left with a good idea on how to get a successful Feng Shui business up and running. Not to mention stitches on their sides.

And that was the update for the 3rd day of the First Annual World Classical Feng Shui Conference.
