Reading The News - How To Interpret Nine Star Ki

No year has the exclusive right on the events that are generally associated with it. We cannot say that Fire years will give fires, because all years give fires. The same for floods, earthquakes, plane crashes or any other occurence.

Just because a certain Number is in the center for the year does not disable the other Numbers, they remain active. Not excluding any event that is not Fire related, it is safe to say that the news will be inclined towards the central Number.

Keeping this in mind - and for each year, month and day - certain predictions can be made.

Each Number has many many attributes. It is an art in itself to be able to choose the correct attributes of any given combination and connect the right ones. However, you do not need to have psychic powers, just common sense, some basic technique, the ability to see how Qi takes on many faces and unlock the synchronisity of events occurring wide apart maybe.

Basic prediction techniques

If we agree that 'foreseeing events' or 'interpreting tendencies' is what we are actually doing, rather than 'predictions', I will then use 'predictions' from here on. I would strongly suggest not to look upon the technique as doing predictions, but foreseeing tendencies rather. Too many factors are involved and Nine Star Ki, like any divination system, has a beginning and starting point.

Qi may not follow the path of our expectations, because - as I like to think Qi is a bit like Al Gore - 'Qi is its own man'. No-one can reach or claim 100% accurracy in predicting personal or global events, for the simple reason that Nine Star Ki does not cover 100% of the ingredients leading to any event. In exclusively applying Nine Star Ki - as would be true for any other system - we are excluding information that would have been revealed by other systems.

Other powerful Oriental Astrologies that would need look into are

  • Ba Zi (Four Pillars of Destiny)
  • Zi Wei Dou Shu

  • Having said this, you can become proficient within the limits of any system for divination and this article includes all Nine Star Ki techniques necessary to take yourself up to at least 60% accurracy provided you stick to it and 'practise' global news on a regular basis.

Some of the techniques presented here have never before been made available or kept within certain communities

Anyone can make the techniques their own.
